NO.1	Hot-rolled surface,annealed and pickled,can be used as cold-rolling material,industial tanks and chem i cal devices.
2D	Cold-rolled, an nealed and pick led with out skinpassing the dull prod ucts can be used as auto mo bile parts, build ing materrials and pipings.
2B	The surface brightness and flatness of NO.2B is better than NO.2D. Then through a special surfacetreament to improve its mechamical properties, N02B could nearly satisfy com pre hen sive uses.
NO.3	Polished with abra sive belt of grit #100#120,have bet ter bright ness with dis con tin u ous coarse stria, used as in ner and ex ter nal or na ments for building, elec tri cal ap pli anc es and kitchen uten sils etc.
NO.4	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150#180, have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than NO.3, are used as bathtud buildinginner and external ornaments electrical appliances, kitchen utensils and food processing equipment etc.
HL	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-320 on the No.4 finish and has continuous streaks, mainly used as building ornaments, elevators, door of building, frontal plate etc.

I. Inherent Material Advantages (Core Performance Foundation)

304 stainless steel belongs to the 18-8 austenitic stainless steel family (chemical composition: 18%-20% chromium, 8%-10.5% nickel, ≤0.08% carbon), and its core performance is determined by this alloy composition:

1. Excellent Corrosion Resistance (Primary Selling Point)

The chromium element forms a dense, invisible, and self-repairable chromium oxide passive film (Cr₂O₃) on the pipe surface, which can effectively block the erosion of water, oxygen, weak acids, and alkalis—this is the fundamental reason for its "stainless" property. Specific performance characteristics:

Resists atmospheric corrosion: No rusting in indoor/outdoor dry/wet environments (e.g., rain, dew, humidity), suitable for building railings, outdoor billboard frames, and street lamp poles.
Resists weak chemical corrosion: Withstands common weak acids (vinegar, citric acid), weak alkalis (household detergents, soap water), and organic solvents (ethanol, vegetable oil), making it ideal for food processing pipelines, kitchen water pipes, and beverage delivery systems.
Limitation note: Not resistant to high-concentration chlorides (e.g., seawater, salt spray, industrial brine) or strong acids (e.g., hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid)—for such scenarios, 316 stainless steel pipes (with molybdenum added) are more suitable.

2. High Mechanical Strength & Durability

304 stainless steel pipes balance strength and toughness, avoiding the brittleness of carbon steel or the low strength of aluminum alloys:

Key mechanical indicators: Tensile strength ≥515MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥40%. Even with thin walls (e.g., 0.8mm), they can bear vertical loads or lateral pressure without deformation or breakage.
Long service life: Under normal use (no extreme corrosion), their service life reaches 20-30 years—far longer than carbon steel pipes (5-10 years, requiring regular painting) and galvanized pipes (8-12 years, prone to zinc layer peeling).
Wear resistance: The surface hardness (Brinell hardness ~180HB) is higher than that of pure aluminum, not easily scratched during transportation or installation, maintaining structural integrity.
