The 3-layer coating structure forms a "physical barrier + chemical protection" dual defense system, which is far more durable than single-layer anti-corrosion treatments (such as galvanizing or single-layer painting):
1st Layer (Inner Layer): Epoxy Primer (FBE - Fusion Bonded Epoxy) A 80-120μm thick fusion-bonded epoxy layer is tightly bonded to the surface of the seamless steel pipe. It has strong adhesion (adhesion strength ≥100N/cm) and chemical inertness, effectively isolating the steel pipe from corrosive media (such as soil moisture, saltwater, oilfield sewage, and industrial chemicals) and preventing electrochemical corrosion of the steel substrate.
