Lower Production Costs: The hot rolling process is simpler and more energy-efficient than cold rolling (no need for multiple cold-working passes), especially for thick plates. This makes 60mm/200mm hot rolled plates more affordable than equivalent thick cold rolled or alloy steel alternatives.
Minimal Material Waste: Hot rolled plates are produced in standard or customizable widths/lengths (e.g., 1500mm–4000mm width, 6000mm–12000mm length), reducing the need for excessive cutting and minimizing waste in large-scale projects.
