Product Description

  1. Superior Structural Strength
With a thickness corresponding to 12 gauge (approximately 2.73mm), the sheet offers excellent load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. It can withstand moderate snow loads, strong winds, and minor external impacts without easy deformation, ensuring long-term structural stability for roofing systems.
  2. Enhanced Corrosion Resistance from Galvanization
The base steel is hot-dip galvanized (coated with a layer of zinc). Zinc acts as a sacrificial anode, effectively isolating the steel substrate from moisture, oxygen, and corrosive substances (such as rainwater, humidity, or industrial fumes). This significantly prevents rusting and extends the sheet’s service life, especially in outdoor or moderately corrosive environments.

Corrugated Steel Roof Sheet

  1. Vibrant & Durable Color Coating
The surface is covered with a high-quality color coating (typically polyester, PVDF, or PE coatings). This coating not only provides a wide range of color options (to match architectural aesthetics) but also boasts excellent weather resistance—resisting fading, chalking, and peeling even after long-term exposure to sunlight, UV rays, and extreme temperatures (high heat or cold).
  2. Corrugated Design Advantages
The corrugated profile enhances two key performance aspects:
    • Increased Rigidity: The wave-like structure improves the sheet’s bending resistance, reducing the need for excessive supporting frames and lowering installation costs.

    • Efficient Water Drainage: The sloped corrugations facilitate quick runoff of rainwater and melted snow, preventing water accumulation on the roof (which could lead to leaks or structural damage).

  3. Lightweight & Easy Installation
Compared to traditional roofing materials (e.g., concrete tiles, clay tiles), 12 gauge galvanized color-coated steel sheets are much lighter. This reduces the overall load on the building’s roof structure and simplifies transportation, handling, and on-site installation—saving time and labor costs.
