The core material of color steel rock wool sandwich panel is mainly made of basalt and other natural ores, which are melted into fibers at high temperature, added with an appropriate amount of binder, and solidified and processed. Panel metal material
Upper and lower surfaces:made of galvanized colored steel plates with a thickness of 0.4-0.8mm. According to the specific requirements of the customer, aluminum zinc coated color steel plates or galvanized steel plates can also be used. The steel plate is first rolled and formed by a forming machine, and then combined with a rock wool factory.
Rock wool core material:
The rock wool blocks with a density of 120kg/m ³ are laid in a staggered manner, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich panel, and tightly connected to enrich the entire longitudinal and transverse surfaces of the sandwich panel. The rock wool blocks are bonded together with high-strength foaming agents between the rock wool and the upper and lower steel plates to form a whole. The sophisticated production process ensures that the high-density rock wool insulation can produce extremely strong adhesion between the rock wool insulation and the inner wall of the metal plate, thereby giving the rock wool sandwich panel good rigidity.
