Zero Weld Weakness: No weld seams mean no hidden defects (e.g., porosity, cracks, or incomplete fusion) that could fail under pressure, vibration, or corrosion. They are far more reliable than welded pipes in high-stress scenarios.
High Pressure-Bearing Capacity: The homogeneous metal structure (no weld-induced stress concentrations) allows them to withstand high internal/external pressure. For example:

A106B (carbon steel) can handle up to 10–30MPa working pressure (depending on wall thickness), making it suitable for oil/gas pipelines.
E355 (low-alloy steel) maintains pressure resistance even at -40°C, ideal for low-temperature industrial pipelines.
