Superior Pressure Resistance: Without welded seams (a common stress concentration point in welded pipes), seamless pipes distribute internal/external pressure uniformly across the pipe wall. They can withstand much higher pressure than welded pipes of the same material and wall thickness—e.g., 304 seamless pipes with a 5mm wall thickness can handle pressures up to 6-10 MPa, while 316 seamless pipes reach 5-9 MPa (suitable for high-pressure fluid transmission like steam, compressed natural gas).
